Request a Replacement
Thank you for contacting Vinothèque Wine Cellars. This section of our web site enables you to complete the necessary forms to request a replacement Extreme series cooling unit.

Before you go through the replacement request process we encourage you to review the trouble shooting section (presented in the column to the right). The trouble shooting section describes occurences and solutions to the most common issues that can cause the cooling unit to perform below the standards that it is engineered for and capable of.

Step 1: Download and print out the "In Warranty Replacement Request Forms & Documentation" (as either a high or low resolution file);
The documentation contains four sections (listed below):
  • Photo Instructions: will describe the digital photos needed when you proceed to complete the online request form (link below)
  • Instructions on how to locate your serial number: describes where to find the serial number on your WhisperKOOL unit.
  • Inspection check list form: before proceeding to submit your request for a replacement unit, you need to go through the trouble shooting check list to ensure a) the unit is installed, operating and maintained according to operational guidelines.
  • Replacement agreement
Step 2: it is recommended you print out, review and complete the forms in the documentation. You will then have the necessary information in hand for completing our convenient online replacement request process.
